Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale of the online store https://nanogo.lv (hereinafter – the Terms) constitute a binding document for the Buyer and the Seller, establishing the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Parties.

1.3. The Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the online store (hereinafter – the Buyer).
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the online store website. If the Buyer places an order after the Terms have been amended, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer has placed an order in the online store, reviewed these Terms, confirmed acceptance thereof and completed payment.
2.2. Each concluded purchase and sale agreement is recorded and stored in the online store database.
3. Rights of the Seller
3.1. In the event of material circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability or security of the online store, or breaches obligations set out in these Terms, the Seller has the right to restrict or deny the Buyer access to the online store without prior warning.
3.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the Buyer has not completed payment within 3 (three) business days from the date of order placement.
4. Obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the availability of online store services in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer using the delivery method selected by the Buyer, in compliance with the conditions set out in these Terms.
4.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer and offer an equivalent product or cancel the order. If the Buyer declines the offered alternative, the Seller shall refund the amount paid within 5 (five) business days.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, if the Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
4.5. The Seller is not obliged to refund the amount paid to the Buyer until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
5. Rights of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before the goods have been dispatched by notifying the Seller in writing.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The Buyer – consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written notification to the Seller (by e-mail to info@nanogo.lv) of the decision to withdraw from the contract, specifying the product name, order number and reason for return.
6.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255, including:
6.3.1. if the goods have been made to the consumer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalised;
6.3.2. if the goods have been opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
6.3.3. if the goods are perishable or have a short expiry date.
6.4. The returned goods must be:
6.4.1. in original, undamaged packaging;
6.4.2. unused and undamaged by the Buyer;
6.4.3. with preserved commercial appearance (intact label, unremoved protective film, etc.).
6.5. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller has agreed to cover them.
6.6. The Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller), within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s withdrawal notification.
7. Obligations of the Buyer
7.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in the manner provided for in these Terms.
7.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without a justified reason, the Buyer shall, at the Seller’s request, cover the costs of returning the goods.
7.3. At the moment of delivery, the Buyer (or their authorised representative) must inspect the condition of the shipment and goods together with the delivery service representative. If damage is found, the Seller must be notified immediately.
7.4. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.
7.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order. Any consequences arising from incorrectly provided data are the responsibility of the Buyer.
8. Product Prices and Discounts
8.1. Product prices in the online store are stated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are shown separately during order checkout.
8.2. The Seller may provide discount codes (coupons). A discount code is a unique combination of letters and/or numbers that grants a specific discount in the online store.
8.3. Terms of use for discount codes:
8.3.1. each discount code may have a different validity period, discount amount and conditions of application;
8.3.2. a discount code may not be valid if the cart total does not reach the minimum amount of EUR 20.00;
8.3.3. discount codes are not valid for products marked “Sale” or “Clearance”;
8.3.4. only one discount code may be used per order – discount codes cannot be combined.
8.4. To apply a discount code, the Buyer adds products to the cart, opens the cart, enters the discount code in the “Discount code” field and clicks the “Apply” button.
9. Ordering and Payment
9.1. The Buyer selects products in the online store and adds them to the cart. To complete the order, the Buyer provides: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number (in the format +371 XXXXXXXX), e-mail address and, if necessary, additional information for delivery.
9.2. The Buyer selects a delivery method from the available list of carriers. If the shipment is sent to a parcel locker or post office, the Buyer specifies the particular pickup point.
9.3. The Buyer confirms the order by expressing acceptance of these Terms and the personal data processing policy.
9.4. Payment can be made by:
9.4.1. internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, Indexo, N26) – via the Montonio payment platform;
9.4.2. payment card – Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay;
9.4.3. bank transfer (manual payment method).
9.5. Payments are processed in euros (EUR).

10. Delivery of Goods
10.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and phone number in the format +371 XXXXXXXX.
10.2. Goods are delivered by the following carriers, as selected by the Buyer at checkout:
10.2.1. Latvijas Pasts – post offices and parcel lockers;
10.2.2. Unisend – parcel lockers;
10.2.3. Omniva – parcel lockers and courier delivery.
10.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the carrier selected by the Buyer if delivery by the chosen carrier is not possible for technical reasons. In such cases, the Seller will notify the Buyer.
10.4. The Seller dispatches goods within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
10.5. The Buyer must accept the goods personally or authorise another person to do so. If goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer and accepted by another person, the Buyer has no right to raise claims regarding delivery to the wrong person.
10.6. If the Buyer does not collect the shipment from the parcel locker or post office within the period set by the carrier, the shipment is returned to the Seller. Reshipment is possible after the Buyer has covered the return and redelivery costs.
10.7. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays or non-delivery if caused by the Buyer (incorrectly provided contact details, address) or by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
10.8. The Seller packages goods in accordance with the carrier’s requirements. The Seller is not liable for goods damaged by the carrier during transit.
10.9. The appearance, packaging and labelling of goods may differ from photographs in the online store depending on the production batch. Product colour on screen may differ from actual colour due to the Buyer’s monitor characteristics.
11. Returns and Warranty
11.1. Returns of goods of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms “Right of Withdrawal”.
11.2. In the case of defective goods, the Buyer has the right to request replacement, repair or a refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The statutory warranty applies for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.
11.3. A complaint regarding product non-conformity must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@nanogo.lv, stating: the product name, order number, description of the defect and attaching photographs.
11.4. The Seller has the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods if the return conditions set out in these Terms have not been met.
12. Packaging of Goods
12.1. To conserve natural resources, SIA “KANAKS” may use recycled packaging and previously used materials for wrapping and filling shipments.
13. Personal Data Protection
13.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
13.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is available in the online store’s Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. These Terms have been drawn up and shall be applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
14.2. Disputes arising in connection with the performance of these Terms shall be resolved by negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

14.4. The consumer may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. The Parties shall be released from the performance of obligations established in these Terms if such performance is impossible due to circumstances of force majeure beyond the control of the Parties.
16. Final Provisions
16.1. These Terms take effect upon publication in the online store and are binding on all Parties.
16.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version of the Terms is always available in the online store at https://nanogo.lv.
